The plan is super easy to follow and gives you the structure you need for a balanced diet whilst still incorporating foods you love. Keeping meals to 1200 calories and using my TUC calories for any extras, sauces and snacks. Following the 1000 calories for a takeaway has also meant that in theory I can stay within my allowed calories and not feel like I’ve lost control. I love that I’m loosing weight but more importantly I love that I’m learning to trust my own judgement again on choosing foods. After years of yoyo diets that have damaged my relationship with food, I’m now learning to fuel my body correctly but also eat treats in moderation.
