Shipping Method

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all UK orders to ensure reliable and secure delivery.

Processing & Dispatch Time

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

Shipping Costs

  • UK Shipping: £3.50 (Royal Mail Tracked 48)
  • International Shipping: Shipping costs vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • UK Orders: Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver parcels within 2 working days from dispatch.
  • International Orders: Delivery times vary based on location, customs processing, and courier services. Estimated delivery time will be provided at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Royal Mail tracking link via email.
  • You can track your parcel by entering your tracking number on the Royal Mail Tracking Website.

Missed Deliveries & Redelivery

  • If you miss your delivery, Royal Mail may leave a "Something for You" card with instructions on how to collect or rearrange delivery.
  • If the parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, additional shipping fees may apply for resending the order.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

  • If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch for UK orders, please check your tracking details and contact Royal Mail.
  • For international orders, please allow extra time due to customs clearance.
  • If the issue persists, contact us at hello@thewlclub.co.uk , and we will assist in locating or resolving the issue.
  • Claims for lost parcels can only be processed after 10 working days from the expected delivery date for UK orders and 25 working days for international orders.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel with photos of the issue.
  • We will review the claim and arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Digital Products

  • Digital products (e-books, PDFs, or online courses) will be sent automatically via email immediately after purchase. Please ensure that the email address provided at checkout is accurate to receive your digital product without delay.
