What does it look like?

The Yes Diet is an online flipbook that can be accessed on any device: phone, tablet or computer.

We've counted all the calories for breakfast, lunch, and dinneDinner only need to track your Top-up Calories, TUC. Your TUC can be used for anything you like, from cappuccinos to chocolate. Tracking something tasty is more fun. 

Power + Pleasure

Plates are your recipes. These are split into Power Plates + Pleasure Plates. It's all about balance.

Power Plates speed up weight loss by boosting your metabolic rate. They are also designed to help educate you on portion control and healthy food options.

Pleasure Plates are recipes based on your favourite foods. Think dirty burgers, topped fries, or chocolate pancakes. They are calorie-counted, so you'll still lose weight while staying happy and satisfied. 

All Plates are calorie-counted by using the following formula:

Power + Pleasure Breakfasts - 300 kcal

Power + Pleasure Lunch- 400 kcal

Power + Pleasure DinneDinner kcal

The plan is 1200 calories per day no matter which Plates you choose. This isn't your daily total. You will get your TUC to ensure you have a healthy and consistent calorie deficit.
